A Wish for a Different Beginning Sometimes, life doesn’t unfold the way we wish it would. Loving someone who’s already found someone else can be one of the most beautiful yet heartbreaking feelings.  You hope for another chance, another time, maybe even another universe where the story could begin differently. This poem is my way of expressing those emotions, a love I feel deeply but cannot fully share. It’s a hope, a wish, that perhaps in another birth, I’d meet her first.
